The role

We are currently seeking a Manager of the Project Management Office (PMO) to lead our clients PMO, shape project management strategies, and guide the strategic alignment of all project delivery. You will be part of our growing technical team providing IT services to our global customer base.

Responsibilities to include:

• PMO Leadership – Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective project intake, management, and implementation, Define and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Project Intake and Management – Work closely with customers/stakeholders to capture project requirements, objectives, and success criteria, Develop and maintain project intake processes and tools to evaluate project feasibility, scope, and resource requirements including business case validation.
• Enterprise Program Management – Act as the Enterprise Program Manager, responsible for the strategic alignment of all project delivery with organizational goals and objectives, Lead the development and execution of the enterprise project portfolio, ensuring projects are aligned with the overall strategic vision.
• Leadership and Collaboration – Act as a trusted advisor and have a seat at the leadership table to provide insights on project prioritization, feasibility, and strategic direction, Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define and execute the organizational project roadmap.
• Performance and Reporting – Establish governance framework, Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the PMO and project delivery, Continuously assess and improve PMO processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and project success.

Essential experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
• Extensive experience in project management or PMO, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to align project delivery with organizational objectives.
• Experience with mobile application testing is a plus.

Shift Work Pattern: Mon – Fri 3:00pm to 12:00 midnight
