- Focus on revenue generation through new client acquisition and retention.
- Sell GlobalStep’s services to potential customers, inside and outside Romania.
- Build, maintain and manage a robust pipeline of solid opportunities, and efficiently move them forward through the sales process.
- Work closely with the delivery team to present proposals to customers and take deals to closure.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to be able to best advise the customer.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Act as an escalation point for customer issues, working to ensure that all issues get resolved satisfactorily and promptly.
- 1+ years of experience as a competitive Sales Executive.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets through building strong client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to details.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Proficiency level of English language.
- Passion for technology and gaming.
- An existing network of contacts within the games industry would be a plus.
